unclear instructions for the guests about how to get to the property. you SHOULD check your e-mail 2-3 days prior to arriving to know the access code to the entrance door. Otherwise you will not be able to entrance the building and hotel area!

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the modern internal design.

I did not like that there were no people at the reception at any time. I am convinced that if the hotel once to justify the needs of its customers it must be available at any time.

The girls at the front desk were helpful . and it was a short work to the city center.

Housekeepers were really insisting to get out the room at 10:30. Not very nice experience to start the day with.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable. The location is good only 5 mins from the hbf and 10 mins from the old town. If you arrive late the key is left in an envelope with all the information you need.

Reception is open from 9 til 3:30pm so if you arrive late, you're on your own, but the instructions left were very clear and easy to follow.

Price. Location near the Bahnhof was convenient for us because we had no car. Breakfast recommendation was excellent.

Absolutely essential to have a cell phone and internet access, which we had not realized and did not have. Nobody at the reception desk much of the time, and apparently never in the evening or on Sunday. Mirrors in hared shower and toilet rooms mounted too high on the wall. and no soap in the soap dispensers. No luggage rack and no place to hang towels in the room. Poor light for reading in the room at night

The room were new with good beds and bedding.

First we got a really tiny room and asked for a change. The front desk girl gave us a room without hesitation. There was a bad smell in the bathroom of the new room but we didn't want to change again. There wasn't a hairdryer or any toiletries which I would have expected for 70 euros per night. The hotel is called B&B but there is NO BREAKFAST included in the price.

The hotel is fine, close to the train station. As far as I understood, the official opening would be in september. Rooms are clean. 2012, so in august there was no breakfast. The accomodation is pretty expensive in Graz.

No any staff of hotel work in Weekend days, eventhogh in peak time seasion. It's hard to find out the place in night time at first arrival. We spend one more hours to find it with warm helping from a local woman. nothing feel impressived for us.

The staff was ultra friendly and very helpful, the room was modern, clean and bright and the bed very comfortable. It was a very good location - maybe not in the most beautiful area, but central and close to the train station, trams and so on. Graz is not so big, so everything I needed was in a walking distance.

Ther was no breakfast there. I knew it before, but still - it should have been som arrangement for that? No big deal, though, as there are tons of nice places to eat breakfast not too far from the hotel. The walls are thin, so bring earplugs.

Everything in the hotel was practical, our room was big and overlooked a park, the railway station is a few minutes walk away and the centre is either a ten-minute walk or a short tram ride. There is no breakfast on site but there are cafes within easy reach and there is a hot and a cold drinks machine in the hotel. The receptionists we saw were both very nice.

Careful that you don't miss the email containing the door code they send you before you arrive. Room 60102 is opposite the front door and you hear the loud buzzer - not too good for light sleepers.

Real mixed bag. Advertises as a b&b but breakfast is not an option in any way which was a bad start. Lone receptionist very helpful for the 2 hours she was there. The rest of the weekend reception was unmanned, which was really irritating because we didn't have mobile sims for Austria and hence couldn't get the codes for wifi. Free Internet is a bit of a misnomer. However room was large and clean. And the location is very convinient.

Good price, good location, clean room. And although I had a shared bathroom, I never had to wait to use it.

Lots of noise from the main street which was right outside my window and from the corridor.
